Job description

Salary range: $175K - $300K
Location: Temecula, CA, Naples, FL
On-site work policy: In-office 5 days per week at the Temecula, CA office
About this role
What we're looking for:
We need a senior attorney with 6+ years of experience in insurance coverage / complex commercial litigation who can run high-stakes cases from start to finish. You should be comfortable with significant motion practice (including MSJs and other dispositive motions), have strong legal writing skills, and ideally bring trial experience. Bonus points if you have exposure to construction-related or hospitality industry matters.
What you'll do:
  • Handle complex insurance coverage disputes on behalf of corporate policyholders, managing cases "soup to nuts" from initial assessment through resolution or trial
  • Draft and argue dispositive motions, including motions for summary judgment, in high-value, non-template-driven matters
  • Collaborate closely with partners and fellow associates on litigation strategy for multi-faceted commercial disputes
  • Work directly with corporate clients, communicating case developments and strategy in a clear, business-minded manner
  • Contribute to the firm's expansion into new industries, including hospitality, while building on the firm's established strength in construction-related coverage matters
  • Develop business relationships and build toward your own book of business with support from firm leadership
  • Participate in a collegial, team-oriented environment that values collaboration, mentorship, and long-term professional growth toward partnership
