Job description

The Bar Back is responsible for the heavy lifting behind the scenes-keeping the bar fully stocked, maintaining pristine cleanliness, and ensuring all supplies are ready for high-volume service.

  • Pay: $11.50 per hour + tips

  • Job Type: Part-Time, On-Call (as needed)

  • Expected Hours: 1-25 hours per week

Company:Cherokee Nation Entertainment

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience in a fast-paced hospitality or warehouse environment is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to obtain a food handler's card.
  • Ability to successfully complete all required alcohol awareness training.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a state-issued alcoholic beverage license.
  • Proactively stock all beer, wine, liquor, juices, and mixers for venues and storage areas. Maintain dry goods and ensure all perishable supplies are dated for freshness.
  • Sweep and mop floors daily, pull trash throughout the shift, and clean trash receptacles. Ensure all soap, sanitizer, and paper towel dispensers are filled.
  • Clean, wash, and properly store all glassware and bar tools to ensure a steady supply for service.
  • Maintain the organization of assigned stations and shared work areas to enable quick, efficient service.
  • Promote "The Big Six" by ensuring a fun, friendly, quick, comfortable, clean, and safe environment for all guests and team members.
