This is a Full-Time, in-person employment position. 

What Your Role Looks Like:
  • Operating our Various CNC Plasma Machines
    • These machines include a C&G Systems Challenger Plasma Table, 
    • Bend-Tech Dragon A400 Pipe and Tube Cutter,
    • Blue-Roc Track Torch
  • Optimizing Cutting order and processes to meet required deadlines
  • Use and Adjust pre-made .ENC and .DXF files when required
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a CNC operator, preferably with plasma cutting machines - Photos or Videos of past work is highly encouraged 
  • Strong understanding of CNC programming and machining processes 
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in a fabrication environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to quality and efficiency.
  • Have the ability to adapt when jobs require
  • Ability to operate a Forklift/willing to train
What Success Looks like:
  • Provide Clean, organized and accurate pre-cut material to Fabricators
  • Perform with little to no supervision
  • Ensure Machines are maintained and in working order
