Job Title: Preschool Substitute Teacher (PreK3-PreK4)

Location: Nashville Christian School

Daily Operating Hours are M-F 7 am-6 pm

Position Type: Flexible, Part-Time, On-Call

We are seeking an enthusiastic Preschool Substitute Teacher to join our team and help create a warm, engaging, and Christ-centered environment for children in Pre-K.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and Engage: Lead and support students in daily activities, including arts and crafts, storytime, outdoor play, and learning exercises.

  • Create a Fun Learning Atmosphere: Encourage exploration and creativity in a safe, nurturing environment.

  • Support Teachers and Staff: Step in and provide support to teachers when they are absent, ensuring a seamless learning experience for students.

  • Work with All Ages: From PreK3 to PreK4, adapt to the varying needs and developmental stages of the children you care for.

  • Be a Positive Role Model: Show love, patience, and care, fostering a positive atmosphere that reflects the values of our Christian community.
