Role summary
This lead will own the end-to-end engagement, onboarding, and insights experience for partners consuming our quality and operations data. They will translate business needs into clear reporting, metrics, and data flows, and ensure the underlying file-upload processes are reliable, well-documented, and production-ready.
Core scope
•    Act as the primary point of contact for SQ digital and related stakeholder groups.
•    Lead onboarding of new teams, plants, and systems (for example, Sterlz, SQMS, APS and similar platforms) onto our data and reporting solutions.
•    Define and deliver standard reports, metrics, scorecards, and outcome metrics to support decision-making.
•    Design and maintain data flows, visualizations, and curated data subsets that are intuitive for end users.
•    Own the overall file-upload process for the team, including scheduling, documentation, monitoring, and incident response.
•    Drive the path from concept to production for file-upload and reporting capabilities in partnership with engineering.Key responsibilities
Engagement and onboarding
•    Build and maintain strong relationships with SQ digital and other key stakeholders.
•    Lead discovery and intake sessions to understand use cases and data needs.
•    Plan and execute onboarding for new partners and systems, including communication, training, and readiness checks.
•    Create simple reference materials (playbooks, quick-start guides) that make it easy for new teams to engage with the platform.
Reporting, metrics, and insights
•    Define the core metric set, scorecards, and outcome measures used to track performance.
•    Partner with data engineering and analytics to design reports and dashboards that are accurate, timely, and actionable.
•    Ensure alignment on definitions, calculation logic, and usage of metrics across stakeholders.
•    Continuously gather feedback and iterate on reports, views, and insights to improve usability and adoption.
Data flows and visualizations
•    Map end-to-end data flows from source systems through file uploads into curated views and reports.
•    Work with technical teams to design visualizations and data subsets that match how users think about their operations.
•    Identify gaps, bottlenecks, or latency issues in the flow and drive remediation plans.
File upload operations and process ownership
•    Own the file-upload schedule across teams, including SLAs, sequencing, and dependencies.
•    Create and maintain clear process diagrams for file-upload and downstream processing steps.
•    Monitor latency, failure modes, and operational health, and lead root-cause analysis when issues occur.
•    Coordinate on-call expectations and escalation paths for file-upload incidents across the team.
•    Partner closely with named engineering leads (for example, Jeff and Mark) to move stable processes into production and continuously improve reliability.
Ideal candidate profile
•    Experience leading cross-functional initiatives at the intersection of data, operations, and stakeholder engagement.
•    Strong understanding of data-driven reporting, scorecards, and outcome metrics in a complex operational environment.
•    Comfortable owning operational processes end to end: mapping flows, defining schedules, documenting procedures, and managing on-call/escalations.
•    Excellent communication and facilitation skills; able to translate between technical teams and business stakeholders.
•    Proven track record of driving adoption of new tools and workflows across multiple teams or plants.
