Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems, bar tools, and inventory management is typically required. Outstanding customer service, multitasking, and communication skills help bartenders create a welcoming atmosphere and manage busy shifts. These skills ensure efficient service, customer satisfaction, and compliance with safety regulations in a fast-paced environment.
