We are currently looking for a OMS Business Lead for our Houston, TX or Owensboro, KY location.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The OMS Business Lead serves as the primary business owner and subject matter expert for Boardwalk's Operational Management System (OMS) which uses Maximo from IBM as the toolset. This role will be expected to manage the following responsibilities:
  • Prioritize and implement OMS/Maximo enhancements and bug fixes.
    • Work with users to determine needs.
    • Develop and write specifications (workplan, process, logic, etc.).
    • Develop test plans and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
    • Coordination with IT Department throughout the process.
  • Develop and lead OMS/Maximo training activities.
    • Create and present training material on OMS/Maximo and enhancements.
      • Monthly and as-needed, online and/or in-person presentations to Managers, Admins, Technicians.
    • Mentor users.
    • Lead cross-functional meetings with business stakeholders.
  • Load new and updated data into OMS/Maximo.
    • Create and utilize Production Data Modification (PDM) as necessary.
  • WorkHub integration
    • Link OMS/Maximo Work Orders, etc. to WorkHub forms and processes.
  • GIS integration
    • Link OMS/Maximo data (assets, locations, events, etc.) to PODS data.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot issues and process Help Desk Tickets.
  • Develop PowerBI reports as needed to present OMS/Maximo data.

Requires 15% travel.
