JOB DESCRIPTION:
Supervises the day-to-day operations of the Olympic Medical Cancer Center office including oversight of physician and patient scheduling, accounts receivable, accounts payable, maintenance of clinical records, reception, incoming/outgoing mail, and other office functions as required. Supervises the front office staff and coordinates closely with the clinical services staff under the direction of the Operations Manager. Assists the Operations Manager with planning, implementation, and follow up of all OMCC coordinated events. Coordinates patient information and activities within and between other OMCC and OMC departments and facilities. The position requires the abilities of independent decision-making, professional judgment, analytical thinking, problem solving skills, and creativity to work collaboratively with leadership and staff.
EDUCATION
  • Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related field OR five years equivalent work experience preferred.

EXPERIENCE
  • Three years supervisory experience in a health care setting or in a related field preferred.
  • One year of comparable experience in the office functions in oncology preferred.
