Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor various types of machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment as needed.

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.
  • Document production data and report any discrepancies to supervisors.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
  • Ability to operate manual machines (e.g. lathe, turret, threaders, saw, grinders).
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in manufacturing.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
