The Operator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of machinery and equipment within a production or operational environment. This position is responsible for monitoring, controlling, and maintaining equipment to meet production targets while adhering to safety and quality standards. The Operator will collaborate closely with team members to troubleshoot issues, perform routine maintenance, and optimize operational processes. The Operator contributes to a continuous improvement culture by identifying opportunities to enhance equipment performance and operational workflows.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols.
