Job description


Hire Energy OFS is now hiring experienced oilfield personnel for Pump Down, Toe Prep, Frac Support, and Equipment Operations.
We are looking for motivated, safety-focused individuals with hands-on frac experience who understand the importance of operating equipment efficiently, safely, and professionally in a fast-paced environment.
Position Requirements
Candidates should have experience with one or more of the following:
  • Frac Pumps
  • Blenders
  • Hydration Units
  • Chemical Additive Units
  • Sand Equipment
  • Frac Pump operations 
  • Pump Down Operations
  • Toe Prep Operations
  • Pressure Testing
  • Rig Up / Rig Down
  • Fluid Transfer Equipment
  • Wellsite Operations

Responsibilities
Responsibilities
  • Safely operate and maintain assigned equipment.
  • Perform daily inspections and preventative maintenance.
  • Assist with rig up, rig down, and equipment mobilization.
  • Complete required paperwork, JSA's, inspections, and safety documentation.
  • Follow all customer and company safety procedures.
  • Troubleshoot basic equipment issues in the field.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Work effectively with customers, supervisors, and fellow crew members.
  • Represent Hire Energy OFS professionally at all times.
Qualifications
  • Previous oilfield and frac experience required.
  • Experience operating pumps, blenders, hydration units, or other frac equipment preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • CDL preferred but not required.
  • Ability to pass drug screening and background requirements.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor.
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Must be willing to travel.
