Pay Rate: $18.00 - $21.00/hr on W2
Schedule: 15 Days On / 6 Days Off Rotation

Job Summary
The Equipment Operator is responsible for safely operating and maintaining oilfield equipment while supporting field operations. This role involves preparing equipment for job sites, assisting crews during rig-up and rig-down activities, performing basic equipment inspections, and ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate field equipment according to job requirements and safety standards.
  • Assist with equipment preparation, rig-up, and rig-down activities.
  • Conduct routine equipment inspections and report mechanical issues.
  • Participate in pre-job safety meetings and toolbox talks.
  • Follow all PPE requirements and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies.
  • Support field crews to ensure jobs are completed safely and on schedule.
