Apex Well Servicing (USA) Inc. looking for an experienced heavy duty equipment mechanic for its shop located in Williston, North Dakota. You will be working on Work Over Rigs, Pressure Pumps, Hot Oilers, Frac Heaters, Pipe Wranglers, Power Swivels, Skid Pumps, etc.



Responsibilities:


- Be a champion that focuses on increasing equipment reliability while performing repair and maintenance.

- Performing diagnosis for problems on various types of oil well service equipment based on reports from the field, using the appropriate diagnostic tests and interpreting the results

- Performing required repairs based on troubleshooting mechanical equipment.

- Performing routine and moderately complex scheduled maintenance or repair work including overhauling engines and transmissions.

- Repairing and maintaining machinery and mechanical equipment, such as engines, hydraulics, closed air systems, pumps, belts, fans, draw works ect.

- Disassembling workover rigs/equipment and repairing or replacing broken parts, as well as cleaning and lubricating parts.

- Performing repairs and maintenance tasks on site and off site at the field.

- Performing Preventive maintenance inspection, including DOT annual inspections.



Qualifications:

At least 2-5 years oilfield related equipment experience

Fluent in Written and Spoken English

Valid Drivers license, Class B CDL preferred

Experience working with Diesel engines.

Experience with Cummins/Detroit engines.

General knowledge in welding/fabricating
