Pay Rate: Mid $14.50 to Max $20.50

SummaryResponsible for operating and maintaining oil mill production process Assists Mill Operator by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Understanding and effectively operating all plant operations.
  • Performs sanitation in work area and maintains a clean area.
  • Follows all Good Manufacturing Practices, SOPs and assists with any other duties as assigned by Oil Mill Operator.
  • Performs other routine duties.
  • Performs all duties in a safe manner.

Physical Demands

The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and taste or smell. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Work Environment The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; outside weather conditions and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

This position is located in a peanut processing facility where constant exposure to peanut dust and particles is unavoidable. Due to the nature of the work environment, we may be unable to provide a reasonable accommodation for individuals with severe peanut allergies.

Additionally, this role requires working at elevated heights, including climbing ladders and platforms up to 60 feet. Individuals with a significant fear of heights or related conditions may find this aspect of the job challenging.
