Job Title: Senior Business Analyst – Oil & Gas (Midstream)
Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the Oil & Gas domain, specifically Midstream operations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable engaging directly with business stakeholders, gathering and documenting requirements, and translating business needs into clear, actionable inputs for technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage and communicate directly with business stakeholders to understand goals, challenges, and priorities.
  • Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements from various stakeholders.
  • Apply domain knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry, particularly Midstream operations (transportation, storage, processing, pipeline operations), to contextualize requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience working as a Business Analyst, with proven ability to talk to business and gather requirements independently.
  • Solid domain knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry, with specific understanding of Midstream processes and operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with business stakeholders and leadership.
  • Strong requirement-gathering, documentation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work closely with both business and technical teams to ensure smooth translation of requirements.
  • Good stakeholder management and follow-up skills.
