GHD is seeking an exceptional Relationship Manager, Engineering to lead our enterprise engagement with one of our major Energy/Oil & Gas sector clients-setting new benchmarks in client experience and growth across the energy value chain. As a senior leader at GHD, you'll steward a multiyear strategy, deepen executive relationships, and mobilize crossfunctional teams to deliver integrated solutions spanning the energy spectrum.

This position can be based in Houston, TX (preferred), or Calgary, Canada.

  • Leading and mentoring a Client Engagement Team; building a forwardlooking opportunity pipeline; and driving valueadd growth.
  • Applying Strategic Account Leadership methods, championing Salesforce data quality, and providing regular performance updates to executive sponsors and governance forums.
  • Representing the client's voice across GHD-aligning our global capabilities to the objectives and ambitions of this industry-leading energy company's "more value, less emissions" initiatives.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of GHD's service offerings relevant to the client's needs and actively cultivate relationships within the internal GHD network to identify subject matter experts and innovative solutions. 
  • Facilitate introductions between the client and internal teams to ensure the client is aware of the full breadth of services available and to support the delivery of tailored, high-value solutions

What you will bring to the team: 

  • 15 years in Energy/Oil & Gas with a track record leading complex, multiregion, multi-discipline accounts. 
  • Direct experience working with major global Energy or Oil & Gas sector clients.
  • Must have extensive engineering business development and client relations experience with major O & G companies.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement, commercial acumen, and the ability to navigate ambiguity to deliver measurable outcomes.
