The Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships within a designated territory, driving revenue growth, and supporting field operations. This is a hands-on, field-based sales role working closely with Operations to deliver service solutions that meet customer needs.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers in the oil & gas sectorย 
  • Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accountsย 
  • Coordinate with Operations to ensure successful job execution and service deliveryย 
  • Conduct regular field visits, customer meetings, and site walk-downsย 
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and pricing in alignment with company guidelinesย 
  • Track sales activity, forecasts, and customer feedbackย 
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of satisfactionย 
  • Maintain knowledge of market conditions, competitors, and service offerings

Requirements

Qualifications
  • 3-7+ years of oil & gas field sales or related industry experienceย 
  • Strong understanding of field operations for oil and gas service company
