Digital Oil Field Project Manager
Location: Houston, TX
Experience: 10-12 years
Education: Bachelor's degree (BE preferred)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Digital Oil Field Project Manager to lead the successful execution and delivery of large-scale digital projects within the oil & gas industry. The ideal candidate will have strong project management and leadership experience, with exposure to real-time production monitoring, artificial lift surveillance, and optimization systems.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end execution and delivery of large-scale digital oil field projects.
  • Oversee implementation and full lifecycle management of real-time production monitoring systems.
  • Manage projects involving artificial lift surveillance and optimization.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with implementation teams, production engineers, field supervisors, customers, and executive stakeholders.
  • Lead stakeholder communication, project risk assessment, issue resolution, and decision-making.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality expectations.
  • Translate customer requirements into effective project execution plans.
  • Ensure project objectives remain aligned with customer needs and organizational strategy.
  • Drive cross-functional teams toward successful project completion.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree / BE in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • 10-12 years of professional experience, preferably within the oil & gas industry.
  • Strong project management and leadership experience.
  • Experience managing large-scale digital/technology projects.
  • Understanding of oil & gas production operations.
  • Experience with real-time production monitoring and/or field data systems.
  • Knowledge of artificial lift surveillance and optimization is highly preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, risk management, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with engineering, field operations, implementation teams, and executive leadership.

Preferred Background
Candidates with experience in Digital Oil Field, Production Optimization, SCADA/real-time monitoring, artificial lift, oil & gas digital transformation, production engineering technology, or industrial IoT projects would be strongly preferred.
