PAY

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform vehicle maintenance procedures, including tire rotations, oil change, transmission flushes, and fuel injections, with efficiency and accuracy, adhering to dealership and factory standards.
  • Conduction lubrication, safety inspections, and related services to maintain vehicle performance.
  • Maintain records on regular customers, ensuring personalized service and satisfaction.
  • Drain and refill crankcase oil, replacing oil and air filters as necessary.
  • Inspect vehicle fluid levels and replenish as needed!
  • Check tire pressure and adjust as required.
  • Apply specified lubricants to lubricate moving parts.
  • Collaborate with the parts department to obtain necessary parts for repairs.
  • Report any machinery defects or malfunctions to supervisor.
  • Document all work performed on the repair order accurately.
  • Participate in manufacturer technical bulletins to ensure knowledge of the latest advancements.
  • Maintain cleanliness of customers' cars and promptly notify the service advisor of any changes in appearance or condition.
  • Keep the shop area clean and organized, creating an efficient work environment.
  • Ensure proper handling and accountability of dealership-owned tools and manuals, returning them in the same condition as received.
  • Understand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations regarding hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know and other applicable standards.
  • Operate all tools and equipment in a safe manner, prioritizing safety at all times.
  • Report any safety issues to management immediately.

REQUIREMENTS
