This family-owned business has been around for 60 years with over 77 stores and is continuing to grow.Position overview:We are looking for a motivated Assistant Manager to support daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and assist in managing staff and inventory. The ideal candidate will have leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Benefits: $.15 off/gallon every day except Tuesday enjoy $.20 off/gallonReceive 30% off in store for up to 5 selected items/dayFree car wash, vacuum, and airGym Membership DiscountTuition ReimbursementKey Responsibilities:Supervise, train, and support team members to ensure excellent customer service. Handle cash management, prepare daily sales reports, and make bank deposits.Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering merchandise and fuel. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and security procedures.Address customer inquiries and concerns, professionally resolving issues.
