Job description

Join the South Bay Hospitality Group ‘Ohana
At South Bay Hospitality Group, hospitality is more than service — it’s a feeling. We lead with an Aloha-inspired, Guest First philosophy rooted in warmth, energy, connection, and unforgettable experiences. Every cocktail poured, every plate served, and every interaction is an opportunity to create lasting memories for our guests and our community.
We believe great hospitality starts with great people. Our team is the heart of our concepts — bringing passion, creativity, precision, and genuine care into every shift. If you thrive in high-energy environments, love the art of food & beverage, and want to grow within a company that values excellence, culture, and teamwork, we invite you to join our growing hospitality ‘ohana.
We are currently seeking experienced hospitality professionals with a minimum of 2 years in casual upscale, lounge, or elevated bar environments. Ideal candidates are deeply passionate about handcrafted Tiki cocktails, micro-brewed beer, curated wine programs, and genuine guest connection.
The right candidate understands that guest interaction always comes first. You are a craftsman behind the bar — detail-oriented, polished, and committed to delivering exceptional experiences with consistency and heart. You bring energy, hospitality, product knowledge, and a team-first mentality into every service.
What We’re Looking For:
  •  Minimum 2 years of upscale casual, lounge, or cocktail-driven experience
  •  Strong knowledge of handcrafted cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
  •  Passion for hospitality, food & beverage culture, and guest engagement
  •  Professionalism, urgency, and attention to detail under pressure
  •  Warm, outgoing personality with a naturally hospitable spirit
  •  Desire to grow, lead, and be part of a dynamic hospitality group
If you’re ready to bring the Aloha spirit to every guest experience and grow with one of South Bay’s most exciting hospitality groups, we’d love to meet you.
Apply today and become part of the experience.
