As the Director of the Office of Shared Solutions and Perfomance Improvement (OSSPI) , you will serve as the senior advisor to the Office of Government-wide Policy's (OGP's) Associate Administrator and Principal Duty Associate Administrator.
Location of position: OGP, Washington, DC
The OSSPI is responsible for coordinating government-wide activities in the area of shared services and other programs.
We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.

The GS-15 salary range starts at $169,279 per year. If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected.
To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level or higher in the Federal service.
Specialized experience is experience:
Cultivating partnerships with stakeholders internal and external to an organization to ensure collaboration with program objectives.
Developing interagency policies and/or initiatives to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and executive orders.
Coordinating cross-agency activities and/or partnerships that advance shared program goals and/or address shared challenges.
Leading teams in evaluating programs for process improvement and alignment with organizational goals.
Managing funding and/or staffing plans to execute program requirements.
Education:
There is no qualifying education at the GS-15 level.
