Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for the hospital’s database environments to ensure performance, availability, and security.
- Responsible for general management of the development and production web servers.
- Maintain an issues work list and conduct regular and thorough follow-up with interested parties.
- Provide primary support and maintenance for core systems as determined by the Senior Systems Specialist.
- Practices proper safety techniques in accordance with hospital policies and procedures. Immediately reports and mechanical or electrical equipment malfunctions, unsafe conditions, or employee/patient/visitor injury-accident to the director.
Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
- B.S. degree in Business, Computer Science or related field or Five (5) years information systems experience
- Two (2) years database administration or web application development experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- DBA/webmaster certification
