§ Communicate with users, if needed
Experience with Adobe Sign, iManage, Palo Alto and Workshare, Avvoka, eDocs and Law Manager and supporting Legal Apps is needed.
- Responsible for daily activities for self and offshore team
- Includes responding to user queries, access provisioning, claiming domains etc.
§ Communicate with users, if needed
- Also includes supporting the client in other infrastructure related activities e.g. OKTA migration, AD consolidation, Integrations with other systems, create scripts using API
- Manage overall communication with the clients and drive status meetings
- Drive weekly status reporting for these apps
- Work with offshore team to prepare the weekly status deck
- Attend weekly status meetings and step in if client needs any clarification
- Serve as the point of contact for all escalations
Experience with Adobe Sign, iManage, Palo Alto and Workshare, Avvoka, eDocs and Law Manager and supporting Legal Apps is needed.
