What is an Offshore Rotation job?

An Offshore Rotation job involves working on offshore rigs, ships, or platforms for a set period, followed by scheduled time off. Common rotation schedules include 14/14, 28/28, or similar variations, meaning workers spend a specific number of days on-site and then have the same number of days off. While on rotation, employees often work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays, due to the continuous nature of offshore operations. Teams live and work together in close quarters, fostering a strong sense of camaraderie and collaboration.
