Job Summary:
In this pivotal role, you will lead data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives that drive organizational efficiency and governance. Your expertise will support enterprise-wide IT integration efforts, ensuring data-driven decision-making and cost optimization.

Responsibilities:

  • Define, develop, and enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities.
  • Build and maintain metrics dashboards and analytical tools.
  • Utilize the full MS365 suite (SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, Power Apps, Excel, etc.) to create collaborative and analytical mechanisms.
  • Integrate diverse data sets and SharePoint sites across departments to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Lead assigned IT Integration Office initiatives, ensuring effective management and execution.
  • Translate strategic directives into detailed action plans and process definitions.
  • Facilitate process mapping, data standardization, and maturity assessments.
  • Engineer and implement standardized processes for data aggregation and health assessments in a matrixed environment.
  • Identify interdepartmental data connections to support holistic governance and reporting.
  • Support existing IT processes to standardize data and generate actionable decision recommendations.
