1st shift (4:00 AM - 4:30 PM) Pay rate: $23.75/hr
 
2nd shift (4:00 PM - 4:30 AM)  Pay rate: $24.75/hr
 
Responsibilities
- Operate advanced production equipment including mixers, mills, grinders, and palletizers
- Monitor process controls and coordinate equipment maintenance to ensure smooth operations
- Collect and analyze product samples to maintain quality standards
- Utilize computer systems for data input and record-keeping
- Supervise tank levels and conduct regular equipment inspections
- Collaborate with team members and management to enhance facility performance
- Operate mobile equipment such as forklifts and loaders
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and maintain a clean workspace
- Support additional duties as assigned to meet production goals
 
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience operating industrial or manufacturing equipment
