INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking an experiencedOT Cyber Security Engineer where you will be responsible for implementing OT cyber security-oriented infrastructure/solutions and preventative measures across the process control systems. It is rotational job based in offshore installation.

This role is pivotal indelivering and implementing OT Cybersecurity Services/Solutions to ensure the protection of critical industrial infrastructure. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the design, implementation and maintenance of cyber security architecture/solutions across on-premises process control systems.
  • Deploy and manage security tools and systems, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, SIEM, and IAM platforms.
  • Conduct regular vulnerability scans and security assessments to identify and remediate weaknesses.
  • Assist in incident detection and response, helping to investigate, contain, and resolve security events.
  • Maintain compliance with security policies, frameworks, and regulations such NIST CSF, IEC/ISA 62443 etc..
  • Contribute proactively to the Team’s mission, values, and culture of excellence.

Requirements

To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have:

  • Candidates should be Angolan National due to project's geographical constraints
  • 5-8 years of experience in OT Cybersecurity and Automation, with exposure in securing industrial systems (DCS, PLC, SCADA, Historians, MES).
  • Implementation Experience and knowledge of security-centric infrastructure design and network security architecture.
  • Practical experience with security tools and technologies (e.g., Firewalls, AV, WSUS, SIEM, IDS, IAM etc.).
  • Comprehensive Knowledge of OT security standards and secure configuration practices.
  • Offshore experience
  • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative and flexible approach.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving technical landscape.
  • Strong commitment to Health & Safety, Compliance, and Responsible Cybersecurity practices.
  • Certifications like ISA/IEC 62443, GICSP, CCNA, or CISSP
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese
