This client helps mid-market private companies drive predictable revenue, higher EBITDA, and increased enterprise value. Through growth advisory, AI-enabled execution, and top-tier offshore talent, this client helps founder-led and PE-backed companies scale profitably and prepare for successful exits.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new logo acquisition across the United States. The ideal candidate has experience selling consulting, advisory, outsourcing, or transformation services and can build trusted relationships with CEOs, founders, and executive leadership teams of $20M+ revenue businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients within founder-led and PE-backed companies.
  • Develop relationships with CEOs, founders, and executive leaders.
  • Lead consultative sales conversations focused on growth, EBITDA improvement, and enterprise value.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution.
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline and achieve agreed revenue targets.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Proven success in business development or enterprise sales.
  • Experience selling consulting, advisory, outsourcing, or professional services.
  • Strong executive presence and relationship-building capability.
  • Understanding of growth strategy, profitability, EBITDA, and business performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
