Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Offset Digital Binder for a temp to hire position with a growing company known for its commitment to excellence and quality service in the Houston area. The Offset Digital Bindery will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting bindery equipment to produce high-quality printed materials.
Responsibilities:
  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot bindery equipment such as cutters, folders, gluers, trimmers, and binders
  • Read and understand work orders and job specifications to ensure accurate and timely production of printed materials
  • Adjust machinery as needed to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Follow company safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
  • Maintain bindery equipment to ensure proper working order
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in bindery operations or related field preferred
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proficient in math and able to read a ruler
  • Basic computer skills

The base salary range for this position is  $16 an hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation.
