Job description

Facility Cleaner
Location: VPI Compounding - New Facility, Centennial CO.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $17.00 per hour
Position Summary
VPI Compounding is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Facility Cleaner to support the ongoing cleanliness of our new facility. This position will be responsible for cleaning general facility areas, including offices, bathrooms, hallways, breakrooms, and warehouse areas. The facility is currently under construction, so the individual in this role must be comfortable working independently and maintaining cleanliness throughout the building as operations continue to develop. This position will remain in place once the facility is fully open.
Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain offices, bathrooms, hallways, breakrooms, and warehouse areas.
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, sanitize surfaces, and remove trash as needed.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Monitor cleaning supply levels and notify management when supplies are running low.
  • Follow general cleaning instructions and complete assigned tasks independently.
  • Report any facility concerns, spills, or maintenance needs to management.
  • Use company-provided cleaning supplies and equipment properly and safely.

Qualifications
  • Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred, but not required.
  • Must be reliable, dependable, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to follow general directions and complete assigned cleaning tasks.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies or trash as needed.
