Looking for flexible, supplemental income? Join our On-Call Office Services Specialist/Field Support Specialist (Floating) team and gain hands-on experience in administrative support, mail & shipping, and workplace hospitality—apply today and be part of a dynamic office environment!

What you will be doing: 

  • Mail & Shipping Support: Process and sort inbound/outbound mail and packages while maintaining accurate chain-of-custody and shipping procedures. 

  • Print & Reprographics Assistance: Support copy/print production, scanning, imaging, and binding services while ensuring equipment is stocked and functioning. 

  • Office & Facility Support: Maintain organized office spaces, restock supplies, support meeting room setups, and assist with light maintenance tasks. 

  • Front Desk & Guest Services: Welcome visitors, manage calls and visitor logs, and provide a professional concierge-style experience for clients and guests. 

  • Administrative & Client Support: Provide general administrative assistance while delivering exceptional customer service and building strong professional relationships.

What we need from you:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, guests, and team members. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office technology, including working knowledge of MFD (multi-functional device) equipment. 

  • Highly organized and able to multitask, manage time effectively, and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Ability to work independently and follow shipping/receiving procedures, proactively seeking additional tasks during downtime. 

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) required with 6+ months of work experience preferred, maintaining professionalism, strong problem-solving skills, and adherence to company policies.

Physical Demands:

  • Approximately 50% of the time this position requires the below physical demands.
    • Fine and/or gross motor skills, including the ability to grasp, lift and/or carry 25 lbs. individually and 50 lbs. with assistance.
    • Ability to walk bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for an extended period of time.
    • Manual dexterity required for operating office machinery and use of equipment such as ladders and binding machinery.
    • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, ability to adjust focus and ability to match or detect differences between colors, including shades of color and brightness (MFP color calibration and print requests require this ability).

Travel: 

  • Travel is an essential part of the Field Services Specialist role, and it is mandatory to have access to a reliable means of transportation.
  • Assignments can include traveling from one SPS site to another SPS site after your arrival to your "home" location as required by business need.
  • Travel distance will be predominantly within the FSS's assigned region (25 miles radius)
