Summary of Job Duties:
The Extra Help Assistant is responsible for managing front desk operations, greeting students, file extraction, assisting with the registration process and transcript requests.
Qualifications:
  • Process registrations: Manage the intake of new students by collecting and verifying their information and documents.
  • Data entry and record keeping: Accurately enter and maintain records in WorkDay, ensuring data is secure, confidential, and updated.
  • Issue IDs: Issue student ID's and maintain accurate ID files.
  • Troubleshoot issues: Resolve discrepancies or problems with registration data or applications.
  • Serve as a point of contact: Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries via email or in person, providing clear information and assistance.
  • Provide support: Assist with general office duties.
  • Distribute materials: Hand out necessary materials to students, faculty and staff, such as badges, forms, or information packets.
  • Maintain confidentiality: Handle and protect confidential information with discretion and ensure student privacy.
