Job description

OVERVIEW:
The Director of Sales, Maintenance is responsible for leading the strategic growth and expansion of Pattison ID’s Maintenance and Facility Services business across North America. This role serves as a strategic sales leader focused on expanding Pattison ID’s footprint within Facilities, Retail Operations, and Maintenance organizations at major national accounts. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), this role is responsible for driving profitable recurring revenue growth through preventative maintenance, reactive service solutions, and expanded retail image management programs, while helping to develop the future Maintenance Sales organization across North America.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategy & Growth
• Develop and execute the North American Maintenance sales growth strategy.
• Expand Pattison ID’s maintenance footprint within existing and new customer relationships.
• Position Pattison ID as a national retail image and facilities services partner.
• Expand preventative maintenance and recurring service programs.
• Develop scalable service models for multi-site retail accounts.
• Identify new retail facility service opportunities beyond signage.
• Build long-term sales strategy and organizational scalability.
Customer & Relationship Development
• Develop executive-level relationships with Facilities and Maintenance decision-makers at major national accounts.
• Drive expansion of Pattison ID’s role in protecting and enhancing retail brand image.
Financial Performance
• Own Maintenance business CM3% performance alongside revenue growth objectives.
• Evaluate outsourcing strategies and vendor partnerships to support scalability.
• Improve throughput, responsiveness, and operational scalability.
Team & Organizational Development
• Support the development of the future Maintenance Sales organization, including potential East and West Maintenance Sales Executives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Dispatch, Procurement, Finance, and Customer Experience teams.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Maintenance and recurring revenue growth.
• CM3% growth and profitability improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

EDUCATION
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• 7+ years of progressive sales or business development experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or director-level role.
• Demonstrated experience in facilities services, maintenance, retail operations, or a related services industry.
• Proven track record of building and growing national accounts and recurring revenue programs.
• Experience developing scalable service or sales models across multi-site environments.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strategic sales leadership with a builder’s mindset; able to think beyond traditional signage maintenance.
• Strong ability to develop executive-level relationships and influence without direct authority.
• Results-oriented with accountability for both revenue growth and profitability (CM3%).
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead through influence, urgency, and operational thinking.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to balance growth leadership with service execution realities.
• Collaborative cross-functional approach; comfortable working across Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Customer Experience.
