Customer Service Representative Summary

Onsite | Full-time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

The Customer Service Rep I ensures customer satisfaction by answering product and delivery questions and suggesting information about other products. Processes orders, prepares correspondence, tracks customer orders, and works to resolve any delivery issues.

Customer Service Representative Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of effective customer support experience

Customer Service Representative Duties
  • Builds sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Meets call handling and order entry quotas
  • Handles complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
  • Keeps records and track the pricing for customers
  • Reviews Deduction Lists, Credit Report, and Pricing Over-Ride Report
  • Communicates with Warehouse Managers on late, large and/or add on of orders
  • Works closely with other Customer Service Reps to encourage a teamwork environment
  • Expedites Reports (back orders/open orders)
  • Tracks status of products and stock requests with Purchasing team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Customer support experience in a wholesale redistribution environment
  • Familiarity with Eclipse (AS400)/Solar (Window based) system
