About the Role
Arboreal Management is hiring a full-time Security team member to support safe, welcoming, and well-managed residential properties across our portfolio.
This is a full-time, on-site position, the schedule is 6 p.m. to 2 a.m. Wednesday through Sunday.
Location: Tacoma-area - 3 properties within a 4 mile radius
Reports to: Property Manager
Hours: Full-time, 6 p.m. to 2 a.m. Wednesday through Sunday.
Compensation: $24/hour, includes benefits, PTO, holiday pay
Core Responsibilities
  • Monitor property grounds, common areas, and building entry points to ensure resident safety and property security.
  • Conduct regular patrols and inspections; document and report safety hazards, maintenance needs, and unusual activity.
  • Serve as a visible, approachable presence for residents and visitors; respond to resident concerns and requests with professionalism and empathy.
  • Coordinate with property management on incident reporting, follow-up actions, and resident communications.
  • Assist with access control, visitor screening, and enforcing property rules in a fair and consistent manner.

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Property Management - experience working on residential properties, supporting onsite operations, or collaborating with property managers.
  • Previous experience in security, building concierge, resident services, or related roles preferred.
