Screening calls, produce compliance reports, handling tasks on Outlook, run errands, draft slides, meeting notes and documents. Must have high regard for clients, employees and family confidentiality. Four years of Personal Assistant experience and Seven years High Level Executives experience. Professional good communication, detail oriented, able to multitask, and follow up skills. Bilingual Spanish required. Microsoft Office Suite
