The Role
This role supports the Director of Operations/DistrictManager by overseeing the daily operations and performance of the restaurantlocation. Responsibilities include leading and developing Restaurant Managers,Shift Leaders, and team members while fostering a positive work environment andbuilding future leaders. The position ensures proper staffing, training, andonboarding, manages employee performance and relations, and maintainscompliance with company policies, food safety, and operational standards.
