Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive services to the Illinois Department of Corrections. We are currently seeking a Full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Dixon Correctional Center in Dixon, Illinois.
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.
Hourly pay rate: $35/hour
Work Hours: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Schedule Rotation: 4-week cycle with alternating weekends
Week 1:
  • Work: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
  • Off: Monday, Saturday

Week 2:
  • Work: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday
  • Off: Sunday, Friday

Week 3: (same as Week 1)
  • Work: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
  • Off: Monday, Saturday
