Role Overview

We're looking for a Technical Sourcer & Coordinatorย  to help us find and engage world-class engineering talent across software, firmware, and hardware functions.ย 

In this role,ย you'llย own top-of-funnel sourcing and candidate coordination across multiple roles and teams.ย You'llย partner closely with ourย Talent teamย and hiring managers to shape search strategies, manage interviewย logistics, and ensure an excellent candidate experience.ย 

Responsibilities
  • Source and engage top-tier technical candidates
  • Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling across teams
  • Keep our ATS updated and pipelines moving
  • Conduct initial recruiter screens to assess fit and alignment
  • Champion a thoughtful, efficient candidate experienceย 
Required Skills
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical sourcing and/or coordination
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and terminology
  • Startup experience or a track record of working in fast-paced environments
  • Clear communicator, highly organized, and candidate-focused
  • Experience screening technical candidates
