Position Overview

We are seeking professional, adaptable, and safety-focused OTR Truck Drivers to join our growing transportation operations team. This position offers hourly pay, weekly home time, consistent freight, and modern equipment.

Drivers must be flexible and dependable, with the ability to operate in a dynamic transportation environment that may require day or night driving schedules and varying weekly workdays. Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles in compliance with FMCSA regulations and company policies
  • Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections
  • Transport freight efficiently while meeting delivery schedules
  • Maintain accurate electronic logs and trip documentation
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, fleet management, and customers
  • Secure cargo properly and ensure load integrity during transport
  • Report maintenance concerns, incidents, or delays promptly
  • Maintain professionalism at customer and shipper locations
Must-Haves
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including both day and night shifts
  • Flexibility with weekly workdays and home time scheduling
  • Understanding that weekly home time may not always include weekends
  • Availability to work rotating schedules consisting of:
    • 4-5 days on the road

Qualifications
  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Minimum age of 21 years old
  • Acceptable driving record and safety history
  • Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
  • Strong understanding of Hours of Service regulations
  • Ability to operate safely in varying weather and road conditions
  • Strong communication and time-management skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of CDL class A combination vehicle experience with at least 1 year of OTR driving experience
  • Experience with ELD systems and trip planning
  • Ability to confidently operate various mobile and tablet applications to support daily transportation and operational activities
  • Strong customer service and professionalism
Work Schedule
  • Over-the-road routes with weekly home time
  • Flexible scheduling based on operational needs
  • Day and night shift availability required
  • Rotating schedules may include weekdays and weekends
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit for extended periods
  • Ability to enter and exit tractor safely
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
