As part of a high‑performing team, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders to improve data quality, support governance initiatives, optimize analytical processes, and deliver actionable insights that directly influence operational and strategic outcomes. About You

You are naturally curious, detail‑oriented, and highly collaborative. You enjoy solving complex data challenges and have a strong ability to bridge technical and business conversations. Responsibilities
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities across mortgage and product domains
  • Develop dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and analytical reporting solutions for business and product stakeholders
  • Write and optimize advanced SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and validation scripts
  • Support ETL/ELT validation processes and enterprise data governance initiatives
  • Contribute to Master Data Management (MDM) framework implementation and maintenance
  • Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders in agile environments
  • Present actionable insights and recommendations to technical and non‑technical audiences
  • Improve data quality, metadata consistency, and reporting accuracy across enterprise platforms
  • Support product analytics initiatives including feature performance, adoption tracking, and operational reporting
Core Skills
  • 8+ years of experience with SQL and relational databases such as SQL Server, Sybase, MySQL, or Snowflake
  • Strong experience with Master Data Management (MDM), ETL/ELT workflows, and enterprise data governance practices
  • Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and analytical reporting solutions
  • Strong understanding of mortgage business processes and enterprise data ecosystems
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions
  • Experience collaborating across product, engineering, QA, architecture, and business teams
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in technical and business environments
Nice‑to‑Haves
  • Experience with Snowflake or modern cloud‑based data platforms
