  • Lead distributor and broadline partnerships across multiple distribution centers.
  • Oversee forecasting, contract compliance, service levels, and operational readiness.
  • Ensure every New Restaurant Opening launches fully stocked and ready for success.

Partner Across the Business
  • Collaborate with Culinary to bring exciting new menu items to life.
  • Partner with Operations, Finance, Marketing, Facilities, and Development.
  • Turn business challenges into smart supply chain solutions.

Lead & Develop Your Team
  • Coach and develop a high-performing Supply Chain team.
  • Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Drive Data & Performance
  • Develop dashboards, KPIs, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Present strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

What You Bring
We're looking for a leader who thinks strategically, leads confidently, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive supply chain experience in multi-unit restaurants, foodservice, or hospitality
  • 5+ years leading teams and supplier relationships
