An OEM Project Manager is responsible for overseeing projects related to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) products, which are items produced by one company to be marketed or sold by another. They coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure that products meet client specifications and quality standards. OEM Project Managers also handle communication between internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution from concept to delivery.
