We're looking for a Finance Business Partner OEM - Global to join our team, in Peachtree City, GA (hybrid) .

As a Finance Business Partner to the business, you will provide financial leadership, actionable insights, and decision-making support to help drive profitable growth across the Global OEM business. You will collaborate closely with commercial and operational leaders to shape strategy, optimize performance, manage risks, and support key business initiatives through robust financial analysis and planning.

  • Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights, business modeling, scenario analysis, and strategic recommendations that drive growth and profitability.

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes while monitoring performance against targets and identifying opportunities for improvement.

  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and value creation initiatives.

  • Support investment decisions, resource allocation, and business case development for strategic projects, commercial programs, and operational initiatives.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, innovation, and continuous improvement while ensuring strong financial governance and risk management.

More about you

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in finance business partnering, FP&A, corporate finance, or commercial finance roles supporting business leaders.

  • Strong expertise in financial planning, forecasting, business case evaluation, financial modeling, and performance management.

  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and translate complex financial information into actionable business insights.

  • CPA, CFA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification is highly valued.

  • SAP S/4HANA (S4) preferred

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: $ 125,445.00 - 167,260.00 (based on experience level)

Bonus: target bonus opportunity 15%
