Job Summary:
Georgia IT, Inc. is seeking an ETL Tester to join their team in Cincinnati, OH. The role involves participating in test management activities, conducting requirements analysis, and performing testing of ETL products while ensuring data quality and validation.
Responsibilities:
• Actively participate in all test management activities like assessment, test strategies and test plans.
• Hands-on involvement in requirements analysis, test data preparation, test case design, test execution, defect triage, reporting, Go-live and Post Go-live support.
• Experience testing ETL products especially Informatica 9.x or Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and PL/SQL.
• Understand business requirements and technical specifications for Data models.
• Experience in technical reviews, data validation & end to end testing of ETL Objects and Source data analysis.
• Experience with Data replication tools such as Oracle Golden Gate (OGG) or Informatica Data Replication (IDR).
• Knowledge of dimensional modeling and data warehouse concepts, such as star schemas, snowflakes, dimensions, facts etc.
• Strong experience with databases like Oracle and database languages like SQL and PL/SQL and data validation.
• Experience in Agile development methodologies, especially Scrum and Kanban.
• Publish meaningful metrics for effectiveness & coverage.
• Perform defect trend analysis and provide detailed Root cause analysis reports and lessons learned.
• Create instruction documentation, training guides and process guidelines.
• Adhere to compliance programs and take part in internal & external audits.
• Experience in DevOps, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.
Qualifications:

• Strong experience in Zephyr for JIRA.
• Experience in tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Create instruction documentation, training guides and process guidelines.
• Adhere to compliance programs and take part in internal & external audits.
• Experience in DevOps, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.
Preferred:
• Zephyr Enterprise experience will be a plus.
