Job Summary

  • Design and execute comprehensive test plans including functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT testing.
  • Manage and execute manual and automated test cases using tools like Azure DevOps, AccelQ, Selenium, and other
  • frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure quality delivery.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and align testing efforts with SAFe principles.
  • Document defects, test results, and maintain detailed logs.
  • Support end-user testing and provide walkthroughs of features.
  • Leverage AI-based testing tools to enhance coverage and efficiency.
  • Continuously improve test automation processes and coverage.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4+ years of software testing experience, including manual and automated testing.
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics Finance.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven testing tools and methodologies.
  • Experience with test management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, ALM Octane).
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Sales (CE)
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Experience working within the SAFe framework

Preferred Experience

  • SAFe certification (e.g., SAFe Tester)
  • Experience in integrated environments involving CE and F&O data exchange.
