Job Summary:
MDAEdge is a company focused on supporting engineering project teams with ALM tools. The Senior Tools Support Engineer will provide tools support, troubleshoot issues, and customize tools to meet project needs while ensuring effective collaboration across various teams.
Responsibilities:
• Provide Tools Support for ALM
• Troubleshooting issues reported by Users.
• Responsible to creating new users.
• Responsible to create new projects.
• Usage Monitoring and reporting.
• Quality Center Customization support.
• Work closely with all engineering domains to support on ALM tool related topics.
• Support PMT organization to deploy current and new tool suites to engineering projects.
• Support users by creating tool related scripting and automation of repetitive tasks.
• Support engineering teams to extract charts and dashboards from the ALM tools.
• Support Configuration Manger, Change and Problem Resolution manger to monitor and extract audit reports from the ALM tools.
• Pilot new tools, perform tests with IT organization before upgrade or new tool roll out.
• Monitoring.
