Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care, including conducting assessments, administering medications, and monitoring patient conditions
- Work with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide patient education and support, ensuring patients and their families understand treatment options and care instructions
- Document patient care accurately and timely in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Respond quickly to emergency situations and changes in patient condition
- Maintain patient advocacy by ensuring patients receive the highest quality of care
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oceanside
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred, but new grads are encouraged to apply
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team
