• Deliver occupational therapy interventions tailored to meet the specific needs of patients recovering from injuries, musculoskeletal disorders, and neurological conditions.
• Conduct thorough assessments to determine the client's capabilities and barriers, and develop individualized treatment plans that promote maximum independence and comfort.
• Maintain exemplary standards of clinical care by consistently monitoring progress and adapting treatment modalities as necessary.
• Ensure effective communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to provide coordinated care and address potential challenges promptly.
• Achieve a minimum of 75% individual patient care time within the inpatient setting while preparing patients for successful transitions to home or longer-term care environments.
• Complete all required documentation efficiently, ensuring compliance with state regulations and internal quality assurance protocols.
• Participate actively in therapy team meetings and contribute to the development of care strategies that prioritize patient well-being.

Our practice serves a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgeries, trauma, sports injuries, and age-related conditions. You will work with patients of all ages, providing tailored interventions that address both physical and emotional rehabilitation needs. Your role will be pivotal in helping clients regain independence and improve their ability to perform daily activities.

• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure, certification, and registration in good standing. Candidates must be willing to obtain state licensure before starting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, or the ability to obtain this prior to employment.
• Strong foundational knowledge of occupational therapy principles, practices, and ethics.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and operate within professional guidelines.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the capability to communicate effectively in both writing and verbally.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records and Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Experience in outpatient therapy settings is highly desirable.
• Advanced training or certifications in specialized areas, such as neuro care or sports medicine, would be an asset.
• A proactive approach to patient care with a commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
